At LINKED Permanent Jewelry, we strive for lasting quality; however, due to the custom-fit nature of our welded pieces, all permanent jewelry sales are final. We offer complimentary re-welding within 30 days and provide a 14-day return window for our non-custom boutique accessories.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a non-custom accessory in its original condition or a permanent piece requiring a structural repair under our 30-day weld warranty.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a photo of the jewelry to receive a Return Authorization or to schedule a re-welding appointment.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  For boutique items, securely pack the jewelry in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send it back to our studio.

• 4.
  Processing and Resolution

  Once received, we will inspect your item and process your refund to the original payment method or finalize your repair within 5-7 business days.
